Business email setup and email marketing on your own domain
Still running your business from a personal Gmail address? We set up professional email on your own domain, and newsletter tools if you need them.
Business Email & Email Marketing means professional email addresses on your own domain (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365), SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up correctly so your mail reaches the inbox, and email marketing tools for newsletters or automated sequences if you need them. It's quoted per setup, and Google or Microsoft bills the licence to you directly, not through us. We set this up for businesses in Hyderabad and across India.

Questions
Common questions
Which email provider do you set up?
Usually Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, depending on your budget and the tools your team already uses.
Google Workspace or Microsoft 365: which should I choose?
Whichever fits your budget and what your team already uses. If you live in Docs and Drive, Workspace is the easier choice. If your team runs on Excel and Teams, pick 365. There's no single right answer, and we recommend based on your situation, not on any partner incentive.
Will my existing email keep working during the switch?
Yes. We plan the change so your old email keeps working until the new setup is verified. Losing mail during a move is avoidable with the right sequencing, and that's what the process is built around.
Why do SPF, DKIM and DMARC matter?
They're how receiving servers check that an email really comes from you. Without them your messages are much more likely to be filtered as spam, and your domain is easier to spoof. It's a one-time setup with a lasting effect on whether your email arrives.
Do I own the email account?
Yes. Google or Microsoft bills the licence to you directly. Leaving a vendor should never mean losing access to your own business email.
Do you write the newsletter content too?
That can be added separately through our Content & Copywriting service. This service covers the setup and technical configuration.
