Why WooCommerce instead of Shopify or another platform?
WooCommerce fits well when you want the store inside a broader WordPress site we're already managing for you. For a store-only business, a different platform might suit better, and we'll give you an honest recommendation.
Which payment gateways do you support?
Razorpay is common for Indian businesses, and we've integrated it before. Tell us your preferred gateway and we'll confirm support.
How many products can my WooCommerce store have?
The package covers up to 5 pages excluding product pages, so the product count is flexible. Very large catalogues need more setup work and are quoted separately. Tell us roughly how many products you have and we'll say straight away whether it fits the standard price.
Can I add products myself after launch?
Yes. You get full WordPress and WooCommerce admin access, and adding or editing products is something you can do without us. If you'd rather not, product updates can be handled under a care plan.
How are GST, shipping and taxes handled?
We configure tax and shipping rules as part of the setup, based on how your business operates. We ask what you need during planning, so you don't find the gaps at your first order.
